The Seance, 2023.

The Seance is a riff on the classic Victorian dollhouse. It has parquet floors, crown molding, velvet curtains and an ornate fireplace. But something has gone terribly wrong.

The Victorians were completely enthralled with spiritualism and are who we have to thank for things like tarot cards and ouija boards. Usually spiritual rituals were all smoke and mirrors but in this parlor they might have genuinely tapped into something. The pulled tarot cards are a pretty disastrous combination: the Tower, 10 of Swords, and the Devil.
